Cool pin or pendant in sterling silver with turquoise chip inlay. Check out the design. I love the scenery but not sure what is going on here. I see an agave plant and the guess a farmer but what the heck are they doing? I’d love to hear your ideas!

There is tarnish present and slight surface scuffs consistent with age and gentle use. Thus pin is from a family member but not sure how old it is. They were in Mexico in the 70’s but it could also be older than that.
