1960s Black Velvet Jacket with Mandarin Collar and Frog Button Closures. This beautifully structured jacket has shoulder pads, cord trim, and is fully lined. Great steampunk/goth/Victorian vibes. Made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU) for Petites by Butte. In great vintage condition; the only thing to note is some fraying at the bottom of a couple of the buttons - please see the last two photos. Marked size 6, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit an XS. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
