Bust: Mostly open due to sleeves and blousing, rough measurement is 40 inches - will fit most small and medium up top

Waist: 26 inches at no stretch, up to 36 inches fully expanded

Excellent Vintage condition. The original tag was cut but the dress is in wonderful condition. The accent bows and elastic have some slight discoloration and fly away threads, but no pulling
