This is SPLENDID Royal Blue Dress with Sequins and Beads. The Sleeves and Hem are Trimmed in Dangling Gold Beads that make a REAL STATEMENT! The Dress is trimmed in Blue Beads and then Highlighted with Mirrored Silver Pieces along with Gold and Black Beads with Sequins.

Measurements - Bust - 37"
Shoulder width - 17"
Sleeve length with dangle beads - 13.5"
Waist - 30"
Hips - 37"
Length - 42" including fringe beads
This was sized as a Medium in the 80's. This should fit up through a size 8. Please check your measurements.
