1990's black beaded sweater dress by Victoria Harbour. Soft cotton -ramie blend with a nice stretch, Dramatic fold over collar heavily beaded in silver round beads. The neck can be worn as a cowl or off one or two shoulders. Silver round beads, bugle beads and sequined swirls and feathers across the bodice and sleeves. Beaded sleeve cuffs and hemline. Padded shoulders with dolman sleeves that slim at the wrists. Pulls over the head, no closures. No lining.
