1980's pink striped party dress by Act I- New York. An absolutely cheerful dress! Rich magenta pink with bold stripes in teal, purple and orange. Straight neckline blouson bodice with voluminous puffed sleeves. Elastic at the shoulders and the sleeves. Elastic waist. Belt not included. Full skirt with a built in light tulle crinoline. The bodice is lined. Pulls over the head, no closures.
