This wiggle dress is absolutely exquisitely tailored and made out of a beautiful cotton. The tailoring on this is a fitted sheath silhouette with a nipped-in waist and a ruffle at the bottom and a bow. The dress is really is just so flattering. The fabric is a vivid green and blue floral- such great colors for summer. Nice breathable cotton. Zips at back. Made by Mam'selle By Betty Carroll who made very expensive and very desirable clothing on 7th Avenue. Such a piece of history
