This dress is classy and is made well. The fun striped fabric is a cotton or cotton poly weave. It is a cute dress with belt loops and a sweet swath of cloth up the front of the dress. The dress might be home sewn because there are no signs of tags and the seams could indicate that. Or it could be from the 1950s based on the seams.

Either way this dress is cute. I could see it perfect for a lunch date, work, or coffee with a friend! The fabric is in excellent condition, no fading, tears or pulls. I don't have a belt with a buckle for the dress, so I used a longer scarf which I will include.

Best fit is probably a women's medium.
