This romper is half denim vest, half flowy floral shorts. It screams 1990s and would go great with a pair of combat boots. The tag reads 9/10, but it runs much smaller so please check the measurements. Buttons run all the way to about half-way down the shorts. 65% cotton, 35% rayon

CONDITION: fair vintage condition; while there are no stains or visible holes, if you look under the denim waist band, the connecting seam shows wear (see 4th pic)

MEASUREMENTS: 18" pit to pit, 32" waist, 33" length from top of collar to crotch
