Be a groovy chic when you make this outfit! This Simplicity pattern number 8250 from 1969 has never been cut or used. With this you can make a bare midriff blouse that ties under the bust line, shorts and hip hugger bell bottom pants. It is made for a bust size of 36 inches.

According to the description on the back "Misses blouse, shorts and hip hugger bell bottom pants: The blouse with collar and set-in sleeves gathered at armhole features front extensions tied under bustline exposing bare midriff. Versions 1 & 2 have short sleeves gathered with elastic casings. Version 3 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. The hip hugger bell bottom pants are worn below the normal waistline. The shorts have turn back cuffs and normal waistline. The shorts and pants have side zipper closing and optional self fabric or ribbon tie belt slipped thru self fabric carriers."

There are 17 pieces to the pattern. This pattern is uncut and all pieces are neatly folded, with all instructions still inside the original envelope.

This pattern shows a size 14. Sizing has changed over the decades, so you will want to make sure this pattern will work for you. A size 36 bust is more like a 6 to 8 sizing today.

Bust: 36 inches
Waist: 27 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Back neck to waist: 16 and 1/4 inches

CONDITION: This pattern is uncut and is complete. The pattern in nicely folded and all pieces and instructions are fully accounted for. Envelope flap and seams of the envelope show signs of age and being stored (see picture). Store stamp and PAID noted on front of pattern envelope.

Overall this 1969 pattern is in Very Good Vintage condition.

This pattern appears to have been uncut, unused and is in its original paper envelope. I removed pieces from the envelope for these photos and then replaced everything as I found it.
