Silk Black Blouse with Yellow Hydrangea Print 90s by Bob Mackie.

100% silk. Black background with yellow and green floral hydrangea pattern. Bead and sequin details on the flowers at the front of the blouse. Long sleeves. Collar. Fabric covered buttons down front and at cuffs. Shoulder pads. Split hem. I believe this is late 90s, Y2K but it could be more modern. Excellent condition.
