This vintage Y2K corset blouse from Mara Margo has so many fun details: a ruffled v-neck collar, button down to just below the waist, ribbon corset lace ups, 3/4 shirred sleeves, and a back bustle detail. The fabric is a lightweight cotton, polyester, and flos blend. Made in Turkey. In great pre-owned condition. There are what looks like some nicks in the fabric - these are not holes (see photos 8-10). There is some wear to the corsetting (all this does is show the elastic underneath in parts - see last two photos). You can also see in the photos of the back of the shirt that the bottom of the bustle falls unevenly, but it might just need to be steamed (there aren't any flaws in the sewing). Marked size 36 European; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit an XS, although it may fit a Small. I took the chest measurement without the corset area being cinched, so it will be smaller when cinched.
