I love the ruffled eyelet detail on the collar and chest of this unique vintage 1970s/1980s blouse. It reminds of the jabot collar that RBG used to wear. The puff sleeves are longer than the typical 3/4 sleeve, but do not quite reach the wrist (see measurements below). No size or fabric tag inside, but the material has a silky feel, and is most likely polyester. It is machine washable. Good vintage condition; there is a small run in the fabric on the back right shoulder (photo 12), and the edges of the ruffle collar have some minor fraying (probably from machine cutting of the pattern; photos 10 & 11). Based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, it appears that this would best fit a Small or a Medium. For reference, the model in the photos is 5'6" and a size 2. Please compare the measurements to a top that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
