A retro top with an allover pattern of swirling, multicolored feathers. This tunic style piece is long and flowy, accomodating a variety of sizes. Beautiful dramatic sleeves, and a keyhole neck that can be worn tied or open.  This top is extremely lightweight and semi-sheer, but the business of the colors and pattern mostly obscure what's under - this top was modeled with no bra. No tags, material feels like a poly blend.
