The lining comes out at the bottom just a bit so I think this was shed and dried (pictured) The liner could be hemmed or the Linen could be washed, stretched a bit and hung to dry

It measures approximately 21. 5" from armpit to armpit, 19. 5" across the waist, 24" across the hips and 48" from shoulder to hem
