Photo 7 shows the loop on the blouse through which you can slot the sides of the neck tie. Blue buttons, one snap at top of blouse. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked size Petite 14; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a size XL. Please compare to a blouse that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
