Very rare and stunning antique 1897 National Congress of Parents and Teachers pins on ribbon and cloth with sequins. There are 7 gold pins, marked 10K. The cloth and ribbon are very delicate, and someone took very good care of this set of pins, I'm sure representing 7 years of being in the parents and teachers organization. This is a very old and very meaningful piece of history! It is in antique condition, all of the pins are attached and seeming to be in good condition, but I only removed one of them from the ribbon to see the back. There is certainly some wear on the antique ribbon and cloth, but nothing that distracts from it, only makes it better!
