Made to be an easy-to-use way to wear scarves, this vintage unsigned gold tone metal scarf clip is a leaf design, in a triangular shape. It is 2 and 1/4 by 1 and 1/2 inches in size. The metal is made to look and feel like an actual leaf and there is dimension to the design, as you can see in the photos.

The back has the hinged clip that opens for you to slide in the fabric of the scarf. When you close the clip the scarf is securely fastened to hold its shape without pin holes to mar the fabric. The back is hinged to allow it to open so that you can slide in the fabric from a scarf.

A scarf clip like this makes it so easy to wear a scarf. Even the novice can be proud of how stylish they look in their scarf and scarf clip.

There are virtually no signs of wear at all on this lovely piece. As you can see in the photos, even the back is pristine, with no dark spots on the metal and no nicks or chips.

Scarf clips like this have other uses. It can clipped to the bodice of a tank top or clipped onto a hat band, used on a bobby pin in your hair or so many other places where you want to add an accent.
