Fully lined. Back zip closure. There are no belt loops - the tie belt can be tied however you like.

Very good condition. Notable flaws, most are difficult to see (pictured):
- Left sleeve has faint discoloration
- Very small, faint spots on the right sleeve
- Torn seam at left underarm
- Blemishes on the back bottom and left underarm
- Faint blemish on the belt
