Cute sailor collar and ruffled neck with tie. Pinstriped. Note the dress is completely sheer - model is wearing a slip. 100% polyester - very thin, machine wash. Matching belt. Button down to elastic waist.
Vintage Size 8P: 35" bust, 26-32" waist, free 44" hips, 16" bodice, 14. 5" shoulders, 16" sleeve, 39" long - Model is 5'1" XS
Flaws: Elastic in end of each sleeve is just a bit stretched out and flipped a couple times.
