cute as a cupcake ruffle top! blue ruffle trim around neckline, arms, and bottom. bow at the center of the neckline fastened on with a safety pin. two layers of fabric - top layer is white and has flowers and dots printed on, inner layer is sheer blue. semi-sheer. some slight yellowing to the printed flowers/dots (see pictures), otherwise overall great condition. sold as is.
