These late 90's, early 2000's stud earrings are reminiscent of our favorite childhood frozen treat.  The feature layers of pink, clear and blue plastic stacked in a cone shape.  They're great for casual wear or a wild night at a rave or festival. They're UV responsive and remind us of the club kids of the era.
