There's a tie back for a perfectly fitted waist, and legs have a nice inseam with a swishy hip. Looks like a dress, wears like shorts! Shoulder pads, you can remove if desired. Pleating at the bodice that flows into a roomy hip.

Bust measures 48", waist 44", hip 62", length 36". Two faint stains, one on front bust, one at the hip.
