Vintage Rhapsody Women's Black Chiffon Sleeveless Back Draped Neck Maxi Dress Sz 10

A lovely vintage formal from Rhapsody made in the USA.

It a has a flattering scoop neck front with a deep draped V back.

Chiffon flows down from the rich black velvet bodice.

It is in very good pre-owned condition. The only issue found was a fraying end left in the seam where they cut off the interior hanger straps.
