I believe this is Sarah Coventry (unable to read the small print to confirm). Pretty lime green, light pink, bright yellow and sea blue petals sit atop a silver base. White petals attached on top on those and a delicate silver ball for the center.

Great shape for vintage jewelry There is one small nick or scratch in the enamel on one of the blue petals ( see last photo).
