This darling sweater is a classic from the 1970s. It came from my elderly neighbor who saved almost all the clothes from the 1940s onward. This one is a zip up sweater with a working zipper. It also ties on the waist and wrists. The brand is Emotions and it was made in Hong Kong.

Originally probably a teen's sweater, but I think it has a perfect look for a women's small.
