Oh LA LA! Such a fun little 1950s piece! Bright red tulle over a red satin slip. This was likely meant to go underneath a dress or skirt. There is a hook and eye closure, but a pretty sizable gap. If you want to wear this as a skirt, rather than underneath as a crinoline, you may want to get more hooks or a zipper put in. Otherwise its a nice full crinoline! Best fits size Medium. Model is modern Size 4/6.

Good vintage condition - There are minor cuts to the extra fabric inside the lining, but its a the same level throughout the skirt which leads me to believe it was intentional. It DOES NOT affect wear or function AT ALL. The tulle is shorter than the skirt by up to 1.5 inches in places - the original owner probably cut the frayed bits off ( you could hem it if it really bothered you). Some wear to the silk used to finish off the waist. It looks like there were some issues and repairs to the silk and tulle at the base of the opening at the hip. The hook and eye closures are not the same color metal - not really noticeable.
