70's Red Sheer Ruffled Peplum Maxi Dress

Stunning red sheer ruffled peplum maxi dress. It has a solid under-layer and sheer top layer, and the neckline is very wide – touching the tips of the shoulders. There’s lots of life left in this beauty - it could be made shorter, or the lining could be removed, etc. It would be so cute with a waist belt, too! It does have one small snag in the outer sheer layer and one hole on a seam that needs a few stitches. What a fun piece! Center back zipper, with hook and eye closure.
