Adorable and like new travel raincoat! Made of a translucent vinyl with a red polka dot pattern. Super cute red buttons adorn the front. Poncho style coat-has the slits down the front where your arms go through. Comes with matching travel bag for easy storage. Unfortunately, the bag has a few tears but but can be patched up if desired. Otherwise, the coat is in excellent condition!
