Measurements are taken ACROSS garment- DRESS: Pit to Pit 21.5", Shoulder to Shoulder about 17", Waist 13" at rest for elastic, Length 45.5". JACKET: Sleeve 25", Shoulder to Shoulder 14.5", and Length 31".
