The brand is California Girl Chicago ("Mfg. in Eastern U.S.A."). The size tag reads 9/10, Permathal Everglaze, Shrink-Controlled. These items are much smaller than a modern size 10, so please check the measurements.

Please note: there is a section of the skirt's hem that needs reinforcement (see pics).
