This wonderful red and black fit and flare dress has 3/4 length sleeves, a side zipper, full skirt, and a cheeky contrasting panel (and bosom inset) that is black and white floral. For the gorgeous larger size gal! It's a deep red wine color.

The tag says XXL, but I think it will best fit plus size 14 or 16. Please check measurements below and note that there's some good stretch in the fabric, too.
