A truly classic style this vintage 2 inch round brooch is a traditional design with navy blue and opalescent white beads set in a swirled gold-tone metal background. For its newest life I removed the old pin style back and added a magnetic-back clasp to make it easier to wear. This brooch is 2 inches in diameter.

Navy blue cream and gold are such an easy color combination that will work for so many women which is why it has stayed popular for so many fashion seasons.

As a bonus to the new owner this recycled brooch will arrive with two complimentary vintage scarves the ones shown in these photos. One scarf is a small square and the other is an oblong with self fringed edges.

Of course both the brooch and the scarves are wonderfully versatile accessories whether worn together or separately.

Firmly attached to the back of the recycled brooch is a very strong magnet that will hold this brooch to your garment handbag scarf or virtually wherever you want it to be that is until you choose to remove it.

The magnetic backs are easy to use:
With your thumb PUSH and SLIDE the top magnet off the bottom magnet. (DO NOT try to pull them apart because they are too strong.) Remember to always SLIDE.
Position your brooch anywhere convenient on top of your clothing and place the removed magnet beneath your garment and in back of the top magnet. Make sure you have the color-coded portion of the back magnet on the outside of the back. The 2 portions of the magnets will immediately bond together to create a secure attachment.
When you are ready to remove the brooch remember to use the same technique you used to put it on. Always SLIDE the bottom magnet off.
