Excited to offer this mint condition VOLUP cotton 3-season 1950’s sarong dress:

Looking as close as I can to the faded size label, I made out the tag as vintage size 20-1/2. Metal zipper.

A rare vintage tropical sarong dress in volup size: Hesitant to call this Hawaiian, though, as it has a more rare Miami label.

Measuring the front, along the contoured, most-protruding center parts of multi-layered shelf bust cups, from side seam to side seam: 25";

Across back, unstretched from side seam to side seam, at top of zipper: 30”.

Stretched comfortably 40” across;

Waist 32” unstretched;
approx 36” stretched comfortably, maybe a bit more;

Skirt is traditional open wrap style, so hip measurements open;

Skirt length 26” long from waistband, 1” hem allowance.

Bodice along sides is 8” long.

3-4” comfortable stretch at each side with shirring; (rare zero loss of elasticity!)

I have searched high and low for an equivalent in size and condition volup-sized true vintage sarong dress, but this continues to be the only one out there.
