Amazing collector's piece NWT! This is a kid's size 14 all white Daisy Kingdom lace dress. Has shoulder pads. There are a few spots of discoloration(slight yellowing) - likely due to the way it was stored. Definitely looks like it could be removed with proper cleaning.
