DESCRIPTION: Absolutely fabulous equestrian steeplechase-themed "Hunt Country" earrings are from Lunch at the Ritz. They were featured in the company's 1993–1994 catalog and are literally a rare find.

Each earring has 7 separate charms of varied size. Gold-plated wires with crystals and spacer beads dangle from the medallion centers. The bridle and braided "rein" are dimensional (see photo). The baked enameling is extraordinarily detailed, right down to the ribbons in the horses' manes.

SIZE: Measure about 4 3/4" in length and 2" wide at widest point when worn. Although large, they're very lightweight.

CONDITION: Excellent. The only signs of wear, minor surface scratching, are on the backs, magnified in the photos but , barely noticeable with the naked eye. I've since polished the backs, and they look much better! No wear, chips, scratches, etc., to the enamel that I can see. Note that there are many reflections in the enameling that might look like flaws but aren't.
