This is a Rare Gorgeous Lucite Clutch Handbag. It has an Ornate Gold Tone Clasp with a Matching Tortoiseshell Tone Stone. The tortoiseshell is a beautiful color and you can see the light through it. The clasp looks very 80's and the lucite is a nice weight, not thin. The Shiny Lucite and the Ornate Clasp make a Beautiful Combination.
