One of the most wonderful tops ever. It’s quilted and has great pockets. Even the cuffs are quilted. If this fit me, it would be a keeper. I can get it on but then I can’t move my arms 🥲 It is missing the top button but that’s where the bow is so not a biggie. It also has a few marks by the neck as shown in pics. Haven’t tried to get them out. Pit to pit: 21 ½”. But the shoulders are only 15”. I would say this is best for a smaller shouldered 10 and under. I am a big shouldered 10 and it’s just a bit tight. Length: 28”. Top of shoulder to end of cuff: 22”.
