So lightweight, at first you would think it's silk but it's better than silk: it's nylon satin. More durable and super slippery! This type of satin has an unreal glow and this bed jacket is extraordinary in SO many ways. No labels, could this be....HOME MADE? It could be because the seams are all pinked. This was some seamstress. The front has small pleats under yoke. Half sleeves are another thing altogether! See the close ups because only photos can describe. Ecru cotton lace trims the whole. Single tie at neck. The shoulders are "cut-in" making them seem small but the puffy sleeves give the room here. One small flaw (shown, last photo). It can't be older than 40s, because it's made with nylon. R
