I found this at an auction. I have many happy memories of watching Popeye although if truth be told, Wimpy was my favorite due to his love of a burger :)

This hat is in very good condition. The actual Popeye 'decal' is faded but other than that the hat is in very good shape. The crown of the hat is of a very think although sturdy cotton. The sewing construction is sturdy. I would say that this hat is more suitable for a child but it can also be worn by an adult with a small head. See mannequin.
