1970s Petite Lanz polka dot crop top, red and white in a size 8. This adorable cotton top has back buttons with a ruffle trim down the back and around the bottom of the front and back top. In excellent condition. Great summer top with skirts, pants and shorts. Please check measurements, it might fit a 10 too.
