Short sleeve house dress by Dela-Ann Creations. This vibrant loungewear piece buttons all the way up, and can be worn as a dress or open as a duster or outer layer. Ruffle detail goes up both sides of the buttons. This piece does not have any materials labels, it probably predates that requirement, but based on texture and appearance it is most likely cotton or a cotton/poly blend.
