I wore this 1990s costume once - it is so pretty and girly for those of us who don’t like to be gouly with our Halloween costumes. it has a velvet bodice with pink ribbon trim and a black tutu plus a hat with ribbon accents.

It will fit a small to medium women’s size best. I paired it with black fishnet stockings.
