The label does not specify size or fabric content, but it's probably nylon or polyester

CONDITION: 

There is a tiny spot on the front which I didn't notice because it is under the tie. Also some tiny snags on the tie and a run by the shoulder seam. 

MEASUREMENTS: 

Approximately 21" across the chest from underarm to underarm

24" from shoulder to hem.
