The first thing you notice about this bolero is the color- an amazing vibrant fuchsia. The second is how amazingly soft the leather is- so very supple and inviting to the touch. Made by Jean Claude Jitrois- a master designer in leather, this bolero jacket is the perfect touch to throw atop almost any outfit when you want to add instant style, glamour, and avant-garde edge.
This item is in good-very good condition, barring just a couple of issues. First, there is a small scuff on the back of the right arm (see pic 6), then a very small puncture hole top mid back (see pic 8), then the final issue is that the 'stuffing' used to give the arms some shape has slightly started sneaking through the seams at the bottom of the interior sleeves (see pic 5). This is more annoying than anything and you could solve this issue by perhaps glueing the seam and lining there, or having a seamstress stitch closer there.
There is no size tag inside, but based on how it fits me I'm going to call it a modern small-medium. Dimensions below. These were taken when laid flat, so please double all except length.
Chest: 18" (remember- this does not close in the front and is meant to be 'open' as shown in pics)
Length of Jacket: 13"
Sleeve Length: 20"
There is no real stretch to this garment.
