Wheels have missing outer resin parts (leaning backward when standing but doesn't affect use). Foot stands show light scuffing/scratches and bottom resins show scratches/rubbing. Side resin/rubber parts have splitting along edges. Interior lining has minor wear and marks. Hardware has scuffing. Date code is shown in the picture. Weighting strap and tag are included.
