This black jersey knit dress from Canadian designer, Pavlina Dadakova, could not be more comfortable or easy to wear! V-neck in front is squared off, back is a blouson style down to the hips, dolman (batwing) sleeves accommodate full range of motion, and the fabric is stretchy. Can also be very casual or dressed up with accessories. It dates to the 1990s and will fit sizes 8-10. Because of the free style design, there is not much to measure but the hips, which are about 38-39 inches.
