These are such an elegant pair of candlestick holders; simple, lithe, and are understated elegance embodied. They were originally designed by renowned Swedish sculptor Ivar Ålenius Björk for the New York World's Fair; I can only imagine the stir they caused when they were displayed! They are important enough that famed brass design company Skultana has started re-making them.

~CONDITION:

Excellent condition. There are no deep scratches or dents, there is one spot of verdigris that I have pictured; it is about 5mm. I have not polished these; I think they are super fabulous as-is!
