Tube elastic around legs and hips, hips need to be replaced- unless it fits you as is. Not a problem, just a tiny slit where it can't be seen, pull the old one out and string new elastic tied to a closed safety pin until it goes all the way around. Tie the two elastic sides together and you can make it whatever size you want, which actually gives you a shot at it not falling off.

Or skip it, wear cut offs! They're gonna fall off if you jump in the river anyway. These kind of suits are for posing and tanning and looking hot.

These are all the measurements- I'm gonna measure the whole string here so you compare it to one you already own OR, use a string to tie around you to see how much left over you need to tie it like you like.
