Straight from my grandmas collection! Such a fun and bright vintage piece! One of a kind, and a true retro lovers dream. Blue floral print. Elastic at waist. Flattering fit. Looks adorable tucked into skirts, or as is over slacks or skinnys and a bright pair of heels! Ties into a bow at the neckline in the front with Peter Pan collar in the back. Hem has some fraying/ imperfections as pictured. Can likely go through and clean that up with scissors if you care, but I always wore that part tucked in. No size tag, but fits like a modern day S/M. The mannequin is a size small for reference, but theres definitely some wiggle room for a medium due to the loose flouncy fit.
